We work with whatever you have — POS exports (Square, Lightspeed, Epos Now), booking systems (ResDiary, SevenRooms, Mindbody), Stripe transaction data, Google Sheets, or plain CSV exports. If you can export it, we can use it. We'll tell you exactly what to send on the onboarding call.
Most modern POS systems allow you to export transaction data as a CSV file. We'll walk you through it on the onboarding call — it takes about 5 minutes. For Monthly Insights clients, we set up a repeatable export process so you spend less than 10 minutes per month sharing data with us.
Yes — cancel anytime by emailing hello@proofanalytics.co.uk. There's no minimum term and no cancellation fee. You'll keep access to your dashboard and all reports we've produced. Billing stops at the next renewal date.
No. We publish your dashboard to the Power BI web service and share a link you can open in any browser. There's nothing to install. If you want to explore the data yourself in Power BI Desktop (free), we'll include the .pbix file — but most clients just use the browser link.
Yes. Your data is used solely to build your dashboard and reports — never shared with third parties or used for any other purpose. Data is processed in Microsoft Power BI (GDPR-compliant, ISO 27001) and deleted from our systems on request. We sign an NDA if required.
